of Colombia, Washington D.C. ", explaining purpose of travel
and dates of the trip

will be hand carried to the Embassy, and is usually processed
in 48 hrs to 72 hrs.

The visa is usually valid
for 90 days from date of issue, for stay of up to 90 days. Application for a stay longer than 90 days will take 10 days to process.
